Niramaya hospital has been serving the people of Ranchi and surrounding regions for over three decades now. The Niramaya hospital is the umbrella project of LIONS CLUB OF RANCHI EAST, being a unit of world’s largest philanthropic organisation LIONS CLUB INTERNATIONAL. Niramaya Hospital has been constructed over the land, generously based for the healthcare activity by RIADA now known as JIADA, with the financial support and donation from the members of the association and donor from society along with grant provided by Lions Clubs International Foundation, which is a funding arm of Lions Clubs International. Niramaya Hospital is 20 bedded hospital divided equally for made and female patients. We have two fully equipped operation theatre – one for General Surgery and another dedicated to Eye Care programme , which is the flagship service programme of Lions Clubs International and also of all countries around the world to figure against Blindness.

The club was chartered by LCI on 17th January, 1986 by 56 young and energetic people of the Ranchi having common mindset to serve the society, to serve the people who need care, to serve the people who stand in the last line in the social platform but with quality at par with·any other respectable hospital. The club, now is the largest club around, many states and has membership of more than 350 people of the mindset to serve the needy. The parent organization Lions Club International has been serving the people worldwide with more than 40,000 clubs spread over 200 countries and geographical location with more than 1.5 million members. The organization moto is to serve through humanitarian serves and grants which a global footprint and impact for more than 10 decades.
